Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

- Advance booking is required and please notify the hotel staff you would like to use the voucher upon booking

- Voucher is a multiple redeemable voucher

- No change to be given if the food & beverage ordered is less than the value of AU$200

- Extra food & beverage ordered above the voucher value of $200 needs to be paid by the voucher holder upon completion of the dinner

- Voucher won't be reissued if lost or damaged

- Voucher won't be valid if expired and the expiry date won't be extended
